Architectural & Interior Design Consulting

Imagination & Ideation
After determining the scope of work and your requirements, our team will collaborate with you to create design concepts for your specific space. Whether this is a renovation or full unit design, you will be an integral part of the process as our team navigates through your needs and desires to establish a direction for the project.
Schematic Design
Our team will develop initial floor plans and diagrams of the designated spaces to get a sense of the spatial relations within the environment. This phase focuses on analyzing your connection and movement with the intended function and fluidity of the proposed space to see what works and what needs to be improved. Your voice and vision are key to the progression of the project.
Design Development
With the direction set and the vision in place, the design development phase will focus on perfecting the details with full architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and finish material selections. Our team will finalize these details with you and obtain your approval to proceed with the project construction
Construction Documents
Our team will coordinate the necessary construction drawings and documentation for permit approvals to authorize the build of your vision. These documents will be provided to the selected contractor to build your space according to the project and design requirements. Our team will offer full or partial project management services to manage the complete build or portions of the build to remove any worries from you. Site visits will be mandatory at each construction phase to ensure the build is progressing as specified.

Project Management

Pre-Construction Planning
This phase of construction project management involves gathering the necessary resources, creating a project plan, and establishing a budget to deliver a full project package. It also includes identifying key stakeholders, setting up project communication channels, and gaining approval from the owner/client. In this phase, the project team will define the scope of work and create a timeline for the project. Additionally, the project manager will assess any risks and develop a strategy for dealing with them. Lastly, the team will review any relevant regulations and ensure that the project complies with them.
Procurement
The next phase involves selecting and engaging contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for the project. The goal of this phase is to identify the most suitable and cost-effective resources for the project. The procurement phase also encompasses the negotiation of contracts and the monitoring of contractual performance.
Construction
This phase includes activities such as ordering materials, scheduling and coordinating the construction process, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. Our team will be overseeing the progress of the project and making sure that all the necessary steps are taken to complete the project on time and correctly. Our team will anticipate and manage any potential issues that may arise during construction and will mitigate them accordingly to ensure project success. As the project progresses, our team will ensure that the project is meeting the initial objectives and that any changes or modifications are made in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Project Closeout
The final phase involves administrative tasks, such as collecting and archiving project documents, paying off any outstanding invoices, and finalizing any contractual obligations. The closeout phase also includes a review of the project’s success and lessons learned, which can help our team identify areas of improvement for future projects. Our team will communicate transparently the project's success through an overview of the fulfillment of the project's objectives and goals. From there, the project is officially closed and we will celebrate you entering your revitalized space!
